The UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change has been a prime driver of the global warming hoax, even stooping so low as to win a Nobel Peace Prize for its shrill and pernicious propaganda. But now the IPCC admits that the jig is up. A leaked draft of its report AR5 confesses that it is the sun that makes the earth warm, not SUVs or affordable light bulbs. Via Watts Up With That

Abstract
We analyse global temperature and sea-level data for the past few decades and compare them
to projections published in the third and fourth assessment reports of the Intergovernmental
Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). The results show that global temperature continues to
increase in good agreement with the best estimates of the IPCC, especially if we account for
the effects of short-term variability due to the El Ni˜no/Southern Oscillation, volcanic activity
and solar variability. The rate of sea-level rise of the past few decades, on the other hand, is
greater than projected by the IPCC models. This suggests that IPCC sea-level projections for
the future may also be biased low.

The world stopped getting warmer almost 16 years ago, according to new data released last week.

The figures, which have triggered debate among climate scientists, reveal that from the beginning of 1997 until August 2012, there was no discernible rise in aggregate global temperatures.

This means that the ‘plateau’ or ‘pause’ in global warming has now lasted for about the same time as the previous period when temperatures rose, 1980 to 1996. Before that, temperatures had been stable or declining for about 40 years.

Indeed.....and the k00ks know it too. Solar and wind energy are in the toilet. Even Europe has seen the light that it is a waste of time. Token levels will continue but will not make a dent in overall energy production. Fossil fuels gonna rule for decades........and the bomb throwing has became the classic case of the boy who cried wolf. Years ago, I told these meatheads they needed to go to plan B. Instead, they upped the ante and made the bombs even bigger.
