i always figured that foreigners would try to mess with USA Elections . The 'brits' were reported to have done a letter writing campaign when 'gwb' was running against 'algore' as they supported 'algore' . As far as 'hacking' goes i just figure that it is the USA that is supposed to guard against outside influence and hacking .
