Europeans Unions sue and win second vacation if you get sick on vacation

BRUSSELS — For most Europeans, almost nothing is more prized than their four to six weeks of guaranteed annual vacation leave. But it was not clear just how valuable that time off was until yesterday, when Europe’s highest court ruled that workers who happened to get sick on vacation were legally entitled to take another vacation.

This applies to 27 countries, most of who are in recession and are having a hard time paying employees. Spain's unemployment rate is at a staggering 25 percent. Higher than Greece. The world has gone mad!
