I llisten to a fair amount of radio. I cancelled cable tv a year ago, and for the umpteenth time, I realized I could no longer listen to the unethical rants and immoral screaching of the talking heads on MSNBC, FOX, CNN, (I would keep cable on in bacckground 24/7), etc.
What is disturbing is how many times the host of a radio show says so...and...so is on the line on their cell phone. Often a joke is made about the situation. Can anyone here tell me what they think will be the public and media reaction when some asshat finally crashes into others and cripples an innocent or kills an innocent driver or pedestrian?
Should radio talk shows hang up on drivers who call in? In a civil judgement there is no way for a radio show to escape a certain amount of liability for an accident or tragedy.
