No we do not agree, at this time it is too early to judge honestly.

Most of Obama's debt is cary over from past administrations, like interest on the $10 trillion in debt he inherited and the Bush war and medicade part D money pits. If the Debt continues to rise then he will suck worse than Bush, if he is able to cut the deficit over time then he will suck less than Bush, only time will tell.
