Erdogan: Hamas political party, not terrorist organization

ISTANBUL, (PIC)-- Turkish premier Recep Erdogan has renewed his belief that Hamas was not a terrorist organization but rather a political party with official and popular legitimacy.

He said in an interview with the American CBS TV network on Thursday night that Hamas was defending its occupied country and has won elections on an anti occupation agenda.
