No you can get more than $125 if you can show you had to do extra work and expenses to fix an issue. It says you can get $20 an hour on top of the $125.

They have plenty of money to cover people, for those that can show they already have a credit monitoring account. If not, and you didn't have to do extra work to fix the issue on your own, have to take the monitoring service instead of the money. I've had a credit monitoring account for several years now. I've already filled out my forms.

I'm just showing it because a lot of people wouldn't even know if they don't keep up with the news.
