Who would? The UK? The UK has a very strong military equipped with a nuclear arsenal. It can absolutely defend itself. But you're still not getting it. Russia doesn't want war. It knows it can't win. This new Cold War is completely unnecessary.

The UK would continue being an ally. That wouldn't change with the disbanding of NATO. The UK is a very wealthy powerful nation. I seriously doubt Russia has plans to invade it anytime soon.
