    it may have been a bit dramatic,, but let's just say hiring will cease. each employee will cost an arm and a leg. ball busting job losing OBAMATAX

    This opens the way to move the costs of health care from the employers, to the employee, through an income tax on all income. A universal single payer system that will lower costs for all, and get far better results since it will emphasize preventive care rather than trips to the emergency room.

    This ruling leaves some uncertainty and business doesn't like uncertainty. The insurance companies are beaming though.

    It wont be implented hope yes it will skyrocket. I can't believe that Obama 1000 waivers to certain companies is legal that's some BS to the little guy. This isn't over
