This (digital) meeting between Elvis Presley & Martina McBride, is 40 years apart.
Elvis portion was done in 1968 and Martina in 2008.

I never got to see Elvis live. But I have heard that he was overpowering even for other performers. I think he was a tad bit strange. So he could have just had a really good 'back off' maneuver.
