Refugees entering the country seeking asylum are doing so legally and in accordance with immigration law.

And immigration law allows those undocumented to remain in the country pending the outcome of their application for refugee status.

Those determined to not have a legitimate refugee status claim are deported.

The solution is to allow the law to function as intended.
