Trying to order neighbors not to use electronic equipment is insane but what worries me is this is a jurisdiction that is known for making idiotic court decisions.

I had a neighbor that was into CB's. He was running ungodly hot on wattage. I could hear hs voice coming from my stereo speakers whilw it was turned off.
I talked to him. No good.
I talked to the FCC .. no good

Somehow one night a guy wire from his antenna tower got attached to the rear bumper of his truck. MMade quire a racket when he started off to work the next day.
