What the F is wrong with you people that so many lame-brains here seem so F-ing obsessed with this shit?

Because Unkotare
people of every race and class have been affected by class discrimination.
I never understood how pervasive it was,
until I read a story written by an Asian girl who "scrubbed" her dark skin daily
trying to be white like her sister. I never HEARD of such a thing!
In my family, some of my siblings have my dad's tanner darker skin
and some of us have my Mom's light complexion. I always saw it
as taking after Dad or Mom, not as a white privilege thing.

Skin color isn't just an obsession with White Europeans
vs. Black African descendants. The whole "light skin dark skin" obsession
has people arguing if
* Black people are selling out to look or act White for class privilege
* Latinos are selling out or not
not just European white people pulling the White privilege card.

People are still arguing on both sides "whether Beyonce is selling out by
lightening her skin" or if she is just like any other show biz person changing
their appearance to be as marketable as possible.

Until people get this resolved, apparently they won't get over it!

It's a class issue, and skin color is how it manifests where people
can see something going on, and question where did that come from???

Hieroglyphic illustrations of various figures seem to be quite diverse. Could be due to slavery or suntans.
They had a vast empire with many different communities being run by many different races.
They were extremely diverse.

yeah i tend to agree that the Egyptians would have resembled the richness of their surroundings and trading partners in looks. dark in skin and complexion. i bet the royals and aristocrats would have married the most exotic from foreign lands. choosing those that had looks different than those native to Egypt.

If the Egyptians were Black why wouldn't the pigment the artists used to make their images, darker not reddish? So here is an Artists rendition of the mother of King Tut, and the outrage is epic.

Ancient Egypt’s Queen Nefertiti bust sparks outrage
its all BS, they were white , totally white, with almost 0 Sub-Saharan DNA, the current mummies´ studies gave this result . the blackness in modern day Egyptians, is a product of Islamic slavery and Muslim Egypt´s Nile contacts

it's not so much skin color as actions that tell the story for recent times
and then why zero in on Egyptians??
