the gap between the rich and the poor is in any countries. But it differs with countries. Especially, Like a communism country like North Korea has a huge gap. Only privileged children can learn and get a private education. but the reason why they are learning is based on the fear of North Korea's collapse. They are learning to prepare another life in other countries. a New technology and foreign language are immensely popular with them.
