My mechanic bitches about that program all the time. It was a sinister program that especially was hard on the poor and first time buyers like young kids. It is VERY difficult to buy a car for the first time with just cash in hand.

Banks and financiers LOVE that programs. MORE DEBT for the American economy.

And more modern cars that folks can't work on themselves. That new tech and hybrid shit, forced government regulations on car manufacturers, etc.

Nope, it was a government con job.

What Is A Bail-In How Does It Work

Bailout money was paid back after it was used to prevent another great depression while personal bailout money ( welfare entitlements) is never paid back and used to create generations of welfare dependent liberal voters! By their very nature liberals subvert our democracy.

I think you are both overestimating the numeracy and competence of politicians. As has been pointed out on most business sites on the internet if Russia were still supplying Ukrainian rebels with heavy weapons we would be seeing it on every channel of our TV.Google, the US, France, Japan and no doubt others would be supplying us with satellite and drone pics in a feeding frenzy because if it bleeds it leads. Don't know about you but I haven't seen any since the airplane was shot down.

The SNB, Canadian and ECB.shocks in the money markets which are major threats to our economy are generally not mentioned in the news.
