Japan had been thought to be recovering, but policy-makers in Japan followed more Obama than Boehner-Cantor-McConnell-Romney-Bachmann-Palin-Huntsman-Gingrich-Cain-Paul-Paul, et. al. All further spending in USA, opposed by GOP, is not the mantra in Japan, which has recently proposed new stimulus measures. Obama-Biden has also proposed white stimulus for USA.

Japan factory output falls 4 percent in September - Time Warner - Finance

Japan hit the skids in the recent data, but are in a preventive mode even prior to that. Europe is letting the planet know that Europe is not a land full of Chinamen.

The Party of Abraham Lincoln mainly gave impetus to liberal interest group, N. O. W. in the engineering of the slaughter of U. S. adult white males, 1861-1865. People in the Tea Party vote for them still.

Even Japan knows how in fact they even now try for a replay of that agenda, in that party!

Japan's economy is largely based on exports... and flailing.

They've really been in economic trouble since the 1990's, where they are in their second decade of the "lost decade".
