Eastern Europe's heaviest snow 'in decades'

It always astounds me when people can't make out the difference between the weather and the climate.

Of all the things I study, the stupidity of human nature is the hardest thing to understand.

yes, that's right, it's reallly freezy cold here.
On starting January or the end of December we had temperatures around 50 F and now we've around 5 F or lesser.

The freezy cold isn't annoying, because it's winter but it's really annoying that water pipes inside the house are often frozen.

Some of the pictures I've seen from that area are just totally ridiculous. I bet they can't wait until summer but then they'll get flooded I bet.
