Rev Thomas Robert R. Malthus (1766-1834) wrote a thesis on fixed natural laws of over-population of any species.
The 4 laws of specie population control are as immutable as the physical laws of gravity, space, matter and time. These simple but true laws apply to monkeys, mice, men, deer, elephants and just about any living organism except for virus and bacteria.
The catastrophic loss of life that has occurred from the Asian Tsunami was horrible and causes much pain and destruction.
1) War
2) Starvation
3) Disease
4) Natural Disasters
Mankind can no more change these fixed natural laws than than one can change the nature of the laws of energy.
