I think the story was he is a medical student and he cought some very resistant bug that lives only in hospitals that is very debilitating.

Actually you can catch MRSA many place, even locker rooms. You should look up how it is effecting chicken farms and their workers.It is due to are dependents on antibiotics. I have it myself, because once you have it, it is always in your system. I have had three "outbreaks" you could say. First time was the worse. If he had it anything like I did the first time, I feel for him. Hope he is good and comes back soon.
