During GOP Debate, when RP asked about sick young man audience yells "Let him DIE!".

I think you missed a post by me.

Like i said even if it was 3 teapartiers who were doing the yelling it was 3 morons and less than 1% of the crowd.

To portray the entire crowd as being represented by the under 1% that yelled out stupid comments is dishonest.

Let's not give the Tea Party crowd too much credit. While only a couple actually said "let him die" the crowd as a whole applauded when Paul was initially asked about the hypothetical case and replied .....He made his choice let him face the consequences

What are the consequences to someone in a coma who does not receive medical care?

Yes, if you choose not to get health care then you will end up having to go into debt to pay for your medical expenses.

What is wrong with being personally responsible for taking a gamble with your own personal health by choosing not to buy health care?

Then again I live in a state where, before romneycare, the state paid for things such as the situation you described. Now we all pay more for insurance, wait longer for appointments, and have trouble seeing specialists but we all have coverage (or pay a fine to the gov)

During the Republican Debate, Ron Paul was asked about a hypothetical young man without insurance who gets sick. Ron Paul said you have to live by your choices.

When the moderator asked, "So we should let him die?" and then the audience started wildly cheering, "Yea, let him die!".

And how many of those people in the audience were old and fat? Well, from what they were showing, most of them. How many have Medicare and Social Security? And they were cheering, "Let him die?" because he had no insurance?

I thought it was bad enough when they cheered when Rick Santorum talked about ending "Medicare".

These people are insane. What other explanation could there be?

The Tea Party reminds me of Vlad III the Impaler. He once invited all of his sick and poor subjects to his place for dinner one night. He sat them all at a large banquet table, lit the room on fire, and closed and locked the doors. That was his solution to the problem of the sick and poor. Its very similar to the Tea Party's.

I gotta wonder though, who did the rich get to plow their fields after he killed all the poor?

Any physical resemblance of Ron Paul and Vlad the impaler is strictly a coincidence

You stopped our discussion and moved on to insulting ron paul's looks?

Audience's reaction was shameful.

more accurately the 3 people shouting outs action's were shameful. The rest of the audience wasn't cheering on the comments at all.

Its almost like they were either non-representative outliers or plants.

Why do we always get this same excuse every time Tea Baggers misbehave? What ever happened to personal accountability? That used to be a cornerstone of the republican party
Why can't you just be honest, and admit what really happened?

The only one who said "let them die" was Blitzer, and the crowd did not cheer "WILDLY"

Why are you helping perpetrate the LIE, Rw?

Go back and watch the video after Blitzer says let him die

Frank, I'm curious. Why do you never mention that those experiments were started under Hoover?

They weren't. They were FDR's experiments
Nope. They were started in 1932 when Hoover was president.

When "Tuskegee" first started under Hoover, it was to be a 6 month program, with full consent of the patients who would all get treated at the end.

When the Great FDR came to power, it morphed into a 40 year program that would inspire Nazi doctors.

See the difference? Hoover had it as a humane, scientific endeavor and FDR turned it into the Josef Mengele School of Medicine.

See the difference?

That's why I accurately say that FDR owned Tuskegee

He's here to bury FDR, not to praise him. See the difference?

IF you do not want:

"The Government To Decide Medical Care"

IF you do not want:

"The Government In The Doctor's Office"

IF you do not want:

"A Faceless Governemt Bureaucrat To Decide Whe Gets Health Care"

Then why...oh why did any ConJob/NeoNut/Repug/Tehadist support the Terry Schiavo Bill?

A man suffered a serious heart attack while shopping in a store.
The store clerks called 911 when they saw him collapse to the floor.
The paramedics rushed the man to the nearest hospital where he had emergency open heart bypass surgery.
He awakened from the surgery to find himself in the care of nuns at the Catholic Hospital he was taken to. A nun was seated next to his bed
holding a clip board loaded with several forms, and a pen. She asked him how he was going to pay for his treatment.

"Do you have health insurance?" she asked.

He replied in a raspy voice, "No health insurance."
The nun asked, "Do you have money in the bank?"
He replied, "No money in the bank."
"Do you have a relative who could help you with the payments?" asked the irritated nun.
He said, "I only have a spinster sister, and she is a nun."

The nun became agitated and announced loudly, "Nuns are not spinsters!
Nuns are married to God."

The patient replied,

"Perfect. Send the bill to my brother-in-law."

WRONG....EPIC FAIL!!

IF YOU DO NOT WANT GOVERNMENT INTERFERING IN A MEDICAL DECISION, THEN YOU DO NOT GET TO PICK AND CHOOSE...ALL OR NOTHING.

Same with Abortion. The Government would be telling a woman what medical procedure's she can/or or cannot have. Direct Government Interference between the Patient and The Doctor.

Shavio was in a coma, the Government had no business deciding for her what to do.

The crowd at the debate yelled, "Let Him Die!!!" because they do not want the Government to decide medical care. Shavio was the exact same thing.

Nice to hypocrite ain't it?
