Both parties are so full of shit on this issue that they could literally fertilize the bread basket states from a single days bullshit.

The Republicans argued against Obamacare claiming that the person best qualified to manage your care was the Doctor. Of course, once the Republicans were in charge, they immediately started to chip away at that, and now are prosecuting Doctors for proscribing pain medication to pain patients, and cutting off other patients from their pain meds because the Republican Clerks know way more about how to treat the patient than the doctor.
