Tons of perfectly good drinking water down the drain daily. In all these years, they couldn't fix infrastructure in SF to come up with a better system for heating buildings. What about all those taxes people paid? What has California been spending all that money on? Maybe all those illegal aliens that they choose to illegally harbor.
