I know Dr. Paul upsets the Socialists & Neocons in both parties but he really is the only politician worth listening to in my humble opinon. So before you start frothing at the mouth and screeching about him being a "loon",just open up a little and give him a listen. Enjoy...

The UN is now also urging our Military to conduct a 'Drug War' in Afghanistan as well. That just seems like lunacy to me. We were never supposed to be over there conducting 'Drug Wars.' That was not part of the authorization to go to War over there. We are now conducting two separate Wars simultaneously in Afghanistan and it looks like we're losing both. What a mess.

I voted for Paul in the Michgan Primary. He is wrong, we havent been trying to shape the ME for 20 years its more like 80 or 90. We do have interests in the region that are a grave security copncern for our country. Whether our recent actvities are beyond the scope of that concern is debatable

Yea sole,we have been trying to shape many parts of the World for a very long time. We should have a very minor presence in the Middle East as far as i'm concerned. We can still buy their oil without having such a huge presence. Other countries do this and we could too. The Middle East will shape themselves into our image anyway. The Muslims in the Middle East have two choices. Either become somewhat Westernized or allow the Bin Laden-type radicals to take over their countries. They have already made their decisions on that. A McDonalds and Wal-Mart on every street corner is far better than a violent & oppresseive Taliban-style Government. They know this. They have already been shaped so lets scale back.

Hes not as impressive as you seem to think he is.

His appeal is very limited.

Ron Paul?

Must be visiting day at the asylum. Hey Ron, you hear about that North American Union and NAFTA Superhighway they are planning?

I don't agree with everything Dr. Paul says but i do agree with most of what he says. He is a bit of a purist and is not very flexible. I understand this and i think that's why i admire him so much. He stands by his principles and never wavers. That's not a very popular stance with today's politicians. The dirty backroom deals are what our Government has become all about these days. Dr. Paul probably is an outsider in that process. That's a good thing though in my opinion. I'm not as much of a purist as he is but i'm pretty close.

Dr Paul spouted his nonsense in 2008 and was roundly ridiculed and ignored by the voters.
They somehow have a way of identifying a quack

I also agree with him 100% on rethinking the whole Foreign "Aid" issue. It's an issue that most Americans don't know much about. This is mainly because these Foreign Aid deals are mostly done in secrecy with no Citizen input at all. People would be amazed and possibly horrified if they knew who and exactly how much taxpayer cash we give to foreign entities. Even Terrorist groups like Hamas receive American Tax Dollars. Most Americans probably don't know that. That's just one sad example though. There are many many more. It's not all their fault though. These deals are done in secret for the most part. People just need to awaken from their slumber and get more involved.

The more people that get connected and start looking, the more will understand what Ron Paul has been trying to tell people.

Yes,why should American Tax Dollars be spent on Terrorist groups like Hamas? People should be standing up and screaming about this outrageous stuff. Unfortunately most don't know or just don't care. What has any Hamas member ever done for an American Citizen? All they do is screech "Death to America" and burn our Flag. So why should an American Taxpayer be giving them even one cent of their hard-earned money? People need to start asking our Government these kinds of questions.

Ron Paul for President

And how much money do we give to Pakistan? Most people don't even know that the Taliban is not even the most powerful & dangerous Terrorist Org. in Pakistan. That would be Lashkar-e-Taiba. They are actually heavily funded by the Pakistani Government. So in turn we the American Taxpayers are also funding Lashkar-e-Taiba. Lashkar was the Terrorist Group responsible for the horrific Mumbai massacre. So in reality,we here in the U.S. helped fund that terrible massacre. It really is so shocking that most Americans are completely oblivious to this kind of stuff. Someday there will be 'Blow-Back' over our support for Pakistan.

Ron Paul's day has come and gone. The guy is 75 years old. He received his biology degree in 1957. He is the ONLY doctor I have ever heard of that believes in "magical creation" and the world being only 6,000 years old.

Present scientific facts that support creationism

Q: Academic freedom is threatened when questioning the theory of evolution. An Iowa State astronomer was denied tenure because of his work in intelligent design in May 2007. Censoring alternative theories--dogmatic indoctrination--has replaced scientific inquiry. Will you encourage a more open approach to the presentation of scientific facts that contradict the theory of evolution?

HUCKABEE: Yes.
TANCREDO: Yes.
COX: Yes.
BROWNBACK: Yes.
PAUL: Yes.
HUNTER: Yes.
KEYES: Yes.

Supports a Constitutional Amendment for school prayer.

Voted NO on allowing vouchers in DC schools.

Voted NO on requiring states to test students.

Voted NO on $84 million in grants for Black and Hispanic colleges.

Present scientific facts that support creationism?

Hey, I'm all for that. All they need is "one", just "one", only "one". So far, how many have they found?

ZERO!

Yea but many called our Founding Fathers crazy too back when they felt it was time to give the British the boot. They were considered "Mad" by many people of that time. I would say that Dr. Paul is completely rational & sane while i just can't say the same thing about the inept Socialists & Neocons who are currently destroying our nation. To me it's their insanity that has practically brought our nation to its knees. You stick with them if you wish but i'm sticking with Dr. Paul instead.

Personally i fully agree with Dr. Paul that our massive funding of Pakistan is going to result in terrible Blow-Back at some point. The Pakistani Government is currently funding their largest Terrorist org. Lashkar-e-Taiba with lots of American Taxpayer cash. The Taliban are not Pakistan's most influential Terrorist org. That title belongs to Lashkar-e-Taiba. Lashkar is actually gaining in strength and power inside of Pakistan. They were responsible for the Mumbai massacre and they are now in line to someday rule Pakistan. Our own U.S. Government is responsible for this. The future looks bleak over there and we are now somewhat responsible. How sad.
