More Donald Trump quotes on America's healthcare
"Every American deserves access to high quality, affordable health care, not just insurance. Obamacare has failed on cost and quality of health care. It must be repealed. America needs a patient-centered health care system, allowing families and their doctors to be primary decision makers. Provide for the sale of health insurance across state lines."

Trump plans to "replace" the individual mandate with a tax incentive. Same shit, different party. Different goons in charge.

Does he want a public and free National Healthcare System?
That could be a big change in America history
If I'm not mistaken USA never had a free healthcare for everybody :)

There is no "free" healthcare system.

Doctors don't work for nothing.

Trump "wants" whatever his "fans" want to hear.

Yup. And Clinton "wants" whatever her fans want to hear. Thus we discover the real problem. It isn't the scumbags hoodwinking voters. It's voters who want to be hoodwinked; who will vote for any candidate who tells them what they want to hear, even when they know it is irrational and immoral.

Kinda that private and public position that nobody seems to care about.

Not sure just what they are saying that fits this category.

It might seem rational and even sensible on the surface, but the problem is trying to do it through a federal government so that it can be applied to 320,000,000 people in various regions in a non-uniform economy.

Here we have a free healthcare system. Doctors are paid by the Ministry of Health.
You pay doctor only if you go to an "independent" doctor :)

Have a look at what Canada does. Healthcare is a Prvincial responsibility. The Federal government sets some standards, and provide funding to help enforce theose standards, but the Provinces actually administer their own programs.

That money comes from somewhere.

I have always been willing to entertain the idea of a state running it's own healthcare system.

But when they look at something like single payer they realize they can't do it without significant tax increases.

Still....if a state wants to try it...I am all for letting them give it a go.

Before NAFTA started sending companies out of the US, almost everybody had healthcare.

It comes from taxes
In some we pay for the healthcare because we pay taxes but our healthcare would be more expensive for us if it wasn't public
If you're rich you have no problem paying for doctors and medical examinations but if you're poor you have a big problem with that! :(
