In 2006, a judge ordered Donald Trump's casino operation to turn over a series of e-mails, and allegedly found that Trump Organization had routinely erased e-mails dating between 1996 and 2001, according to USA Today. Furthermore, this charge was actually never resolved, so it is still out there waiting for resolution. Defendants in this case that Trump brought said this amounted to destruction of evidence. This is particularly curious given one of Trump's favorite talking points used to disparage Hillary Clinton is simply mentioning her infamous e-mail scandal, which has seen heavy criticism over the past year.

Trump's response to Clinton's unresolved e-mail scandal is to call her crooked, what exactly does that make Donald Trump? In the meantime, Trump's own unresolved scandal derives from the private dealings of his own organization. Clinton's missing e-mails are actually consistent with the actions of her predecessors — former Secretaries of State — who were also federal employees of the U.S. government.

Republicans and Democrats run by a different set of rules.

Bill has an affair. Donald had affairs on every wife he's had. Therefore, it's Bill who should be charged with something.

Republicans tricked us into Iraq, but because some Democrats voted yes on the war, it's their fault.

9/11 happened nearly a year into the Bush first term, so it's Clinton's fault.

In 2003, Bush disbanded the Iraqi military and many top leaders joined Isis, but it's Obama's fault.

Republicans have nothing to fear. They have a different set of rules.

So we agree, neither one deserves to be president. Promise you won't vote?

THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH A SITE THAT CLAIMS CALLING A WOMAN INSECURE IS SEXIST. WHERE DOES RDEAN, NOT THE BRIGHTEST BULB IN ANY CHANDELIER, FIND THESE SILLY SITES?

After Brzezinski and Morning Joe co-host Joe Scarborough criticized Trump during a Monday morning episode, Trump tweeted that the show is "unwatchable" and that Brzezinski is "off the wall, a neurotic and not very bright mess!" Yup, a man who could very well be the next President of the United States tweeted that. But wait, Trump didn't stop there. Instead, just a few minutes later, Trump tweeted again about Brzezinski, calling her Scarborough's "very insecure long-time girlfriend."

Calling women "neurotic" is an age-old insult — women have historically been stereotyped as "hysterical" and, really, by 2016, they should no longer have to deal with having their mental state called into question just because of their gender. Trump's sexism is no secret, but it's still shocking to see someone outwardly use such sexist and gendered language when referring to a woman (it's 2016 for goodness' sake) — especially someone who wants to be the next President of the United States.

If they were erased between 1996 and 2001, and a judge wanted them in 2006, how is that a scandal?

Clinton's missing e-mails are actually
consistent with the actions of her predecessors — former Secretaries of State — who were also federal employees of the U.S. government.

Former employees set up their own servers and then destroyed emails instead of turning them over?
You're lying.

IT's not a scandal. Companies routinely erase old emails. I have worked for several that do it. In fact, right now I'm working for one that deletes any emails older than 6 months old.

Crooked Hillary's emails were hacked and prove she was willing to endanger every American citizen by using the US government in multiple pay for play scams. When this became common knowledge she then had someone delete 33,000 government emails.

Meanwhile, delusional Crooked Hillary retards think private citizens even have the same computer from 20 years ago. :p

Since Trump wasn't a Govt. official I doubt anyone cares about his e-mails. Except and idiot like you that is.

More liberal BS. Hillary is caught putting the nations secrets at risk so the left swings into action trying to claim Trump did the same thing. I am thinking that the American people are going to reject such nonsense in huge numbers. Besides the laws for email retention were far different in 2001.

Claudette, Hillary has been a government official, and to the chagrin of many, very few, if any, of her supporters are disaffected by the issue that gets her opponent a lot of mileage, not to mention a lot of diversion from his own shortcomings and backpedaling. So what we got is either a 'big deal' to Trump-ers, or a non-issue to those who fear a Trump admin more than a Hillary one. IF she were running against anyone else, it may be a bigger deal to Democrats, but not against Trump.

I for one wouldn't vote for Hitlery at all. She's stupid, careless and incompetent. The Dems may consider her better than Trump and are willing to overlook her tons of baggage but I'm not.

I haven't decided who I will be voting for but you can bet your ass it won't be Hitlery.

Government deleting emails VS private citizen deleting emails = NO BRAINER
You left out..deleting private Emails to avoid or subvert prosecution.

There wasn't a law against that then, and it's only illegal if you do it after a suit has been filed against you. If deleting old emails is your standard business practice, it's perfectly legal.

An excuse for Donald that you wont accept for Hillary. And never mind the nuance. Of course it's a business practice. It's also a personal practice, and probably a government practice. I never open my spam Emails, and I clean out my send file and others regularly. I know businesses have archives, presumably governments too. So if Hillary cleaned old personal files and Donald cleaned old files that could be detrimental to him in a law suit, spare the nuances. Also spare the 'got somebody executed' too. That's one of those talking points that can't be proven or disproven. Republicans are good at that, gives them something to cling to. However, proof is welcome, so if you have it without hearsay, please do post it.
