This is not a detailed enough analysis since the deflationary effects of the internet and debt write offs is not being mentioned as a counterinflationary trend. I do agree with him on gold because there is a flight to hard currencies and gold is the hardest currency available. I think he is using highly tweaked government numbers as real numbers and that does lead to misanalysis.
