The people who run the GOP WANT Amnesty. The rich people want Amnesty. They want to keep labor costs down. They don't want to pay you bubba-rednecks a fair wage. They just want to use race and religion and guns to keep you stupid fucks voting against your own economic interests and you did a fine job of doing that earlier in the month.

Now they are going to be shocked, absolutely shocked when Obama selectively enforces the law in such a way to make it easier for them to hire 5 million of them who otherwise aren't really a problem.

The senate is still controlled by Reid until next January, the new congress will convene Jan 6 2014.

They have to pass "some type" of budget before that. A short budget will be good until January when the Republicans are the majority.

Republicans only spoke in the most dire terms about what they'd do if Obama signed this executive order, and the very next day they filed their Obamacare lawsuit hoping their base would confuse it with action against his executive order. And at the same time, they quietly released their Benghazi report which totally vindicates the administration.

Not a good week for Republicans, but on immigration Republicans are just punking their supporters. They like that Obama did this on his own. They said as much 2 months ago. He did the tough stuff they didn't want to have to do but knew needed to get done. They're only playing to the cameras now in order to save face.

Republicans lost on this one and now they're going to try to move as far away from it as possible, but that's going to be a challenge because they've riled up dimwitted conservative rednecks everywhere into a total frenzy about this thing and those people aren't going to want to let it slide, so now we get to sit back and watch Republican party infighting the next two years about immigration.

Brilliant politics by Obama to make the executive order last 3 years. Forces GOP presidential debates to ask the question, "After your first year in office is over and Obama's executive order is up, will you renew it or not?" and when Republican candidates say "Yes! Deport them back to wherever they came from!", they'll lose the Latino vote just as badly as they did in 2008 and 2012.

Never said executive orders were illegal..............It's the content of those orders Mr. Stupid. Executive orders are to give orders ON EXISTING LAWS..........NOT CHANGE THEM. The law states they are supposed to be deported, not the other way around.

He is in violation of the law. The Executive doesn't have the power to create laws..........it has THE DUTY to ENFORCE THEM.

If the republicans want to claim the Whitehouse in 2016, the path needs to be paved with an immigration bill that actually makes improvements to the system for the immigrants, not just just the producers.
