report and a government review of the Nov. 5 shootings."

Reams of documents??? Why- there were witnesses- shoot the bastard tomorrow morning.
FBI??????? get them out of it. Let the army shoot him tomorrow, but let's prep him
for the event-

Tonight- superglue his eyelids open. Tie his hands behind his back. Put his head in
a vice facing the wall. All night long play hot sexy naked women in porno movies on his
wall in sensaround.

Tomorrow- have 7 nude women shoot his ass starting from the feet and moving up.

If we need to keep him alive to get information, let's be sure to do it right.
Starve him.Keep showing the videos on the wall. Show him what it will be like for him
as time goes on. Show him what americans are willing to do to other americans
in the name of what's right. This civil war photo might help

Surely he's been dishonorably discharged from the Army by now, or are they still afraid of offending Muslims?

I'm not sure what torturing him would achieve but I see no reason to delay his 'speedy' trial and, once he is deemed guilty, fucking fry his ass. No 'revenge', no hysterical ranting, just an ordinary death sentence for another murdering bastard.

from what I have been told- he hasn't been found guilty of anything in any court yet

so he can still wear the uniform-

if I was in congress there would be a bill on the floor to change that rule immediately

and DARE anyone to vote against it

these people cut peoples heads off on tv torturing parents and friends and you would feel some kind of compassion for this scum?

He is wearing his uniform because he is in the Army, and being tried by the Army. They could administratively discharge him, but then he would be entitled to benefits. As a prisoner he is not entitled to be saluted, or to salute superiors. When he is convicted he will be dishonorably discharged, and not entitled to wear the uniform.

I would much rather see him go through all of the court system and see it at what is does best, than have him arbitrarily shot tomorrow. They are there for that reason, to try everyone, from pickpockets and car thieves to shooters and mass-murders. That's the point, that's why they're supposed to be the great levelers in our society.

Let the system do its job. We dont need extra bullshit to cloud it.

If they discharge him before they try him then he is no longer under the jurisdiction of the UCMJ and of course would then be transferred to the civilian justice system. This is why he is in uniform, and I prefer it stay that way, military appeals are not as drawn out as civilian ones. He will fry, all the delays and such are no big deal.

It's a court martial. He's required to wear his uniform.

It's a military proceeding and no one in the Army wears "Fatiques" anymore.

Especially in a court room setting. He was most certainly in his Class A uniform as required by the UCMJ.

He won't be wearing one when the trial is over, and that is what we should care about.

Well, I couldn't hand you more rep for enlightening the civilians on here, so you have to settle for a "thanks" instead.

Yeah, I was going to make that point too, but figured that someone who didn't know that fatigues haven't been around for a couple of decades (I mean the OD green ones) probably didn't need to have the point be-labored to them.

BTW, I thought the Army was doing away with the Class As and going with the Blues for everything? That would be awesome. I think the blues are the sharpest uniform in the DOD and I think the Class As are the worst.

He's wearing the uniform because of regulations from my understanding. Let em drag it out a little before they shoot the asshole.

LOL - They been talking that since I was a boot. I wish they would to, I fucking hate the dress greens. They are ridiculous considering we don't even wear green "fatigues" anymore.

I honestly think some bean counter found a surplus of the ugly ass things in a warehouse somewhere and decided the money saved by using those instead could be put to better use buying $500 hammers.

The truth is they are out there already, in small numbers, and beginning sometime this summer ALL new recruits will be issued blue instead of green.

Either is officially authorized wear for now, but the switchover SHOULD be complete by 2014.

This is Class B of course, but looks sharp

It looks better than the old B's. Still too much flair. I swear, the Army and its "flair". They should limit a ribbon rack to two rows and then only allow people to wear two badges and then the regimental crest.

The Marines have a much better outlook on this than the Army.

No merit badges on field uniforms. They serve no purpose.

Not that I lived by that standard when I was in, but seriously, It sucked watching good soldiers get instantly dismissed because they didn't have a tab while boneheads who managed to somehow make it through Ranger School (probably in their buddies rucksack) get instant street cred.

Careful now, I wear the tab LOLOL . it means NOTHING, well other than I kept my head down, my DI didn't even know my name at graduation (and for your civvies that's a GOOD thing.)

As for dressies, I hate them. I'm more comfortable in my BDU's than anything.

I'm sorry........I honor and respect our armed forces.......but that uniform looks like something from a gay love boat movie.

Yeah, me too. Like you, I got through Ranger School by being the "gray man".

It just annoyed me that it was over-emphasized. Especially in the Infantry Branch. It's good training. That's it. It doesn't make you bullet proof or George Patton.

Well to be fair, at one time that tab was special, now just about anyone can go to Benning and get their Ranger on.

Now if you wear this, which I do not, you are 3l1t3.
