Does the state have the right to ban masturbation?

Once upon the time when the Constitution (1787) was the Supreme Law of The Land and the Ninth Amendment protected that right.

Now that the welfare/warfare state constitution control it depends on who is defining national security and whether they can come up with a connection.

.

So in 1890 when they wanted to know if something was unconstitutional they just asked the Constitution, right? And strangely enough I'm betting it always sounded like you when it replied.

Interestingly, back in 1890 , folks knew that you don't "ask the Constitution" that you read the Constitution.

Secondly back then they knew that the purpose of the Constitution was to limit GOVERNMENT POWER , not the rights of the individuals.

In a nutshell, in 1890 no one would have asked if they had the right to jerk off.

And they all interpreted the words they read to mean exactly what Contumacious says they mean. The never asked the judiciary to settle a dispute on interpretation because they just asked you and that was final word.

Got it.

Never mind that the people who wrote the Constitution began to disagree on its meaning before the ink was dry, that's not relevant.

Does the state have the right to ban masturbation?

Sperm are clearly

a) human - they aren't dog, cat, fish, ant or rodent, are they?

b) alive - there is a clear difference between alive and dead sperm

Therefore - does the state have the authority to regulate how and if men are allowed to masturbate, in the interest of protecting human life?

Why just men......women carry the eggs.......every time they get menstrual should that be reckless abandonment?

That's the work of the Lord, that's different. Women should, however, have their diet regulated by government just in case they might be pregnant, to protect the life of the egg.

Masturbation is the intentional destruction of human life - in fact, BILLIONS of human lives - its hard to see why the state should no be allowed to ban it.

Why couldn't the writers agree on its meaning? Were they trying to read it in Swahili?

Can anyone answer the question? Why do all want to avoid it instead?

Is sperm alive?
Is it not human?

It is a living cell. It is not a separate living organism.

If you cut yourself and bleed, the blood cells are alive for a time.

I think everyone sees where you are going, but masturbation and abortion are not the same thing.

No, states may not ban masturbation – it would be a privacy rights violation, any such measure would be clearly un-Constitutional.

OSCN Found Document:IN RE INITIATIVE PETITION NO. 395, STATE QUESTION NO. 761

Where does the Constitution say anything about privacy?

Here:

Griswold v. Connecticut

Roe v. Wade

Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pa. v. Casey, 505 U.S. 833 (1992)

Romer, Governor of Colorado, et al. v. Evans et al., 517 U.S. 620 (1996).

LAWRENCE V. TEXAS

Correct and that's more than obvious to anyone with a thinking brain.

You fear that because your posts are a jerkoff

HE is a jerkoff. He is worried the States may "ban" HIM.

Go Crosstard, go Crosstard, go . . . hey, why don't you type so well? Is it hairy palms? You sure are blind, or at least stupid. Don't fear the law, Crosstard, you did the damage, already, so if jerking does get banned, you can't get ex post facto'd.

Lessee, 450,000 elected officials, countless appointed schmucks and lying lawyers, in a circle of jerk, and a military industry, which wars, whenever the CIA or Congress starts trouble, and Presidents lie, hmmm. I wonder what we should call all that.

Could it be circle-jerking? How about tooling, for the 1%? Would you believe wanking? I don't think they'll make the jerk illegal. Crosstard will just get lost in a closet, and no matter how much we snitch out his Jesus-jerk, he'll get away with it.

Try Christian Mingle, Crosstard.

Let'see, if the left acknowledges that sperm are alive surely they can come to grips with the fact that a fetus is human.

A sperm cannot make a life on it's own. It has to have an egg to fertilize. Every time a woman goes through a period she drops an egg.

So why are you only blaming the guy???

Maybe all those condom on a banana sex classes only led to a crazy liberal masturbatory fantasy world and that's why radical liberals don't understand how mammals reproduce. Who knows what goes on in the liberal mind?
