Quit feeding stray animals because they "breed". You are facilitating the problem if you give an animal or a person an ample food supply, they will reproduce, especially when they don't think too much further than that.

So his solution to parents not attending parent-teacher conferences or PTA meetings is to STARVE THEIR CHILDREN?

And he says he stands by those comments.

That's because we condemned it last year when he originally made the statements. I was unaware that we have to condemn it every single time rdean brings it up.

This is part of the Liberal strategy: If every conservative does not condemn some whacky off the wall out of context thing some alleged conservative somewhere said then we obviously must share that viewpoint.
