Doesn't it matter that this (all) mass killing has absolutely nothing to do with our second amendment rights?

Does it matter that the legislation that is being discussed does not affect anyone's right to own guns for hunting and/or self defense?

Therefore, the legislation being discussed concerns gun SAFETY. Not, gun "control".

Your rights are judged by a secret "Intelligence Court" which I believe has only twice in thousands of cases ever turned down a request for wiretaps, searches, and other actions normally prohibited by the Sixth Amendment.
