Does socialism go both ways?

If regulating and restricting business is considered socialism...

Is not minimum wage, discriminatiion laws, child labor laws, break / lunch times and any other law enacted to protect the worker are these viewed as promoting socialism?

Is assissting them not also socialism ?
- Every time a city or state gives them a tax break or credit
- Every time a city or state changes zoning laws for them
- Every time a city or state contributes to the building of a sports venue
- Every time a city or state makes any changes at all to get businesses to do anything
Or is that called bribery?

Eminent domain for business purposes must outright theft.
