Does MTV still play music videos?

I was really into into - esp with their 4 orig DJs way back in the early 80s - Alan Hunter , Mark Goodman, this cute chick, a black dude..................

MTV started as basically a radio station that played videos with the songs. Then they warped into a trashy television studio and left the radio station format.

I saw the first MTV music video - Video Killed the Radio Star by The Buggles
