how stupid are people the guy barely looks like him, maybe he is about roughly the same height, and weight but thats about it, the picture was in May 8 months after ISIS was formed. Unless al Baghdadi has the worlds fastest growing beard thats not him.

Islam has really strict laws about men cutting their beards they have actual beard patrols in places like Afghanistan and ISIS held territory, the idea that he would shave his beard to go snap photos with mccain is beyond insane.
