This ain't a "grassy knoll" deal. We saw the freaking planes hit the Twin Towers. Are there any "experts" in politics who could explain how the Clinton administration allegedly conspired with the (7 month old) Bush administration to blow up the most prominent symbol of capitalism in the world? Maybe the conspiracy people allege that 9-11 was set up by Clinton or set up by Clinton's people while he was spending his time under the desk with Monica. Why didn't it collapse during the first attempt early in the Clinton administration? Nothing about the 9-11 conspiracy makes enough sense to consider.
