Spoiler Alert: Nope!

Remember, the republican base grew because of him and will have a tough time beating Obama without his appeal to democrats, independents, tea party, and first time voters.

Then whatever you do--don't vote. No playing pin the tail on the donkey--because even Ron Paul would tell you that another 4 years of what we've got right now would spell disaster.

Oh yes... Romey, Perry, and Cain are so much different then Obama, come on man.

Yeah. They clearly are.

Other than his foreign policy, his obnoxious followers are one of the biggest reasons that annoy me about him. (Nothing against the reasonable followers, just the obnoxious ones). You guys are so freakin arrogant it's not funny.

If you think that you can extort people into following you, you are sadly mistaken. But it's pretty pathetic that you have so little faith in your candidates positions that you have to resort to these type of games.

Why does it seem that people with the word "truth" or another word like it, end up being some of the biggest liars or at the least, so uninformed they come across as one?

Perry and Cain are like big 0?

that's comical, at best.

Taking the top players, Paul supporters would like Cain, Perry, Bachmann, Johnson.

But... But... Ron Paul is the Messiah! He is the only one who can lead us. Everyone else is a stupid-head. We should worship him as our one and only...

It's disgusting how some people treat political candidates. Regardless of party. This is the United States of America. While it's certainly nice to have a good President. The President isnt the one that fixes our problems. We do. Some of the best Presidents we've had were the ones that did what they could to keep the government out of our lives.

yeeaahhh

The followers of Pualism, take drink deeply of the kool-aide and can be unreasonable.

But you mention the best Presidents keep government out, which is Pauls Commandment #1.

just sayin :eusa_whistle:

And that's one of his selling points. It's the other points i mentioned that arent.

Yes. There are those who appreciate some of his views, but they also realize that he's far too divisive to current long term policy. He's the protest vote. They are not going to sit back in this upcoming election and throw their vote away against an Obama second term.

Obama may well win, one can never say for sure, but it will not be on the backs of Ron Paul supporters not voting in protest. Many will say they are not going to because they are in protest.

You think the # of obnoxious Ron Paul followers is higher than the obnoxious # of status quo rep or status quo dem followers?

Ron Paul is the only conservative running for president. Without him there simply will not be a 'we'.

Yes I would vote for Cain or Newt if they win the nomination. I love Ron Paul, I'm generally a libertarian, and I don't see him as a Presidential figure. I wouldn't vote for romeny or perry either.

Your spoiler was wrong ;)

I only vote for fiscal conservatives, once more than one exists, I'll vote for more than just one person.

He is the protest vote, and thats why he is going to win. The people have had it with the taxation. The only thing we get out of our tax dollars is more and more inequality, more and more laws, more and more police state, and more empire.

you might want to do a little more research on the other candidates.

Cain is as, if not more conservative than Paul, when it comes to the economy and spending.
No one can match Paul when it comes to the Constitution though.

Paul has decades of voting against liberal spending by reps and dems. Cain has rhetoric.

I'm not saying Cain would go against his rhetoric if elected, but the only thing we have to hold Cain against is his rhetoric, Paul has decades of voting againstt liberal spending to back his rhetoric.
