Do you eat meat or vegetarian

i eat vegetarian for long time but now i eat meat. i have diabetes and m y doctor he say
to not eat meat but thiis i s difficult thing to do.

i was a veggie for years...i just finished chopping up a pork shoulder for bbq tonight.....you can eat proteins but have to be careful...replace red meat with fish etc....learn to cook and fish is great...
and in truth veggie burgers are pretty good now

Just try and eat less red meat. It sticks to your colon. Eat pork, chicken, fish, etc. Better for ya anyway.

I eat vegetarians, too, but only if they're made of meat.

My ideal meal is a nice filet mignon with sauteed mushrooms and onions, steamed broccoli and either a caesar salad, or garden salad with ranch. So, that would be a "yes".
