Are you in favor of the 10 million people that claim "uninsured" BUT ARE NOT CITIZENS being covered by American law?
Are you aware that 14 million Americans who SAID they were Uninsured actually are covered by Medicaid already?
Are you aware that 18 million people that make over $50,000 a year under age 34 do not want nor do the NEED health insurance even though offered by their employer are counted as the "uninsured".. again a skewed use of statistics!
That leaves of the supposedly 46 million that was used to justify Obamacare actually less then 5 million people that are TRULY UNINSURED and want INSURANCE!

EMTALA CAUSED hospitals to "pad and pass" on to Medicare services that they mark up by 6,000% in some cases!

For example I have access to a database that shows a hospital in Tampa that sent in 2009 2,110 claims to Medicare at a cost per claim of $2,635 for SERVICES that cost the hospital $43! A 6,127% MARKUP!
WHY?? BECAUSE of EMTALA.. forcing hospital that takes Medicare to absorb the costs of UNINSURED and in doing so this hospital "padded and Passed" on to Medicare which is OK with Medicare BECAUSE OF EMTALA!!!
