Do States have the RIGHT to BAN birth control devices as Rick Santorum stated?

Do States have the right to BAN birth control devices?

  • Yes

    Votes: 16 36.4%
  • No

    Votes: 28 63.6%

  • Total voters
    44
  • Poll closed .
Very telling that 16 people voted yes, that the government has the right to control whether or not you have babies.

Many more would vote yes, that the government has the right to stop you from aborting a pregnancy.

What other rights do the R's want to take away from us?

The HYPOCRISY is--while Santorum is out there railing against Obamacare/Romneycare- citing government OVER-REACH---he is on record for stating that STATES have the right to BAN birth control contraceptives.

Do you recognize the difference between the States and the Federal government? Even with Romneycare, he didn't say he things banning contraceptives is a good idea, he said they have the authority.
