neutral countrys the status by not to become involve in wars. perhaps the militaire will be alert but will not begin a war in another country. Schweiz and Austria are example of neutral countrys. Schweiz is member o f United Nations but it is not a member of EU. Austria there join EU in 1995.

what do you think neutrality mean?

i thiink today with globalisation make it more difficult to be netural. how is neutral country affect by war in Iraq and Afghanistan. do neutral countrys care abaout the standard other and more powverful countrys try to impose on them?

do you think also that to be neutral means the country will not give a skit about world organisation like NATO want to attack a country like recently i n Libya?

you can look at Libya. Vladimir Putin he want Russia to have notheing to do with this.
China call for cease fire that will be against NATO to let Gaddafi in power.

France and Germany left NATO meeting. France disagree with coalition
and Germany take the ships from NATO command.

Norway haave planes ready but dont release them till they know who is running NATO operation.

Turkey disagree with NATO operation iin Libya.

Britain want Libya operation to be led by NATO.
President Obama say there are not try to bring Gaddafi from powver. then President Obama make a speech and say Gaddafi "he must go". then few days later, President Obama he add abaout Gaddafi must go, “unless he change his approach”,whatever this mean.
