The impact of their support for abortion cannot be ignored.

Declaring it to be acceptable, and even a “right”, to slaughter the most innocent and defenseless of all human beings in cold blood; having over a million such killing happening in our society each year, thousands of day, with the blessing of the Democrats, cannot possibly fail to have the impact of undermining respect for human life in general.

What are a dozen or so victims murdered in a mass shooting, compared to thousands of innocent children murdered in the same day by abortion?

I think there are quire a few other ways in which Democrat-supported policies contribute to the problem of mass shootings, and violent crime in general, but their support for the cold-blooded murder of innocent children via abortion is certainly one of the most significant, if not •THE• most significant. It is just not rational to think that you can support violence against innocents on that scale, and not have it spill over into other forms of violence in other contexts.
