Republican Tea Party No-Compromisers Have Blown Their Ideological Cover. Great Socialist Interventions from the Democrats boosted private payrolls 62,000. Dishonest GOP "Conservative," anti-business politicians claims instead that businesses failed because their families are all failed.

The 45,000 on-strike at Verizon are created from non-compromising management, and are not jobs lost in the Obama Administration.

The 17,000 jobs lost in government are what the idological non-compromisers intend.

It's on their permanent record! They said "No!" to customers spending in the stores, and can't see the jobs created from the spending they opposed even now!

Bleak jobs report draws fire- MSN Money

what color is the sky in your universe?

a) people on strike, NOT lock out, get to apply for unemployment? all 45K of them?

b) so what ? the gov . laid off folks, the stimulus is tapped out...and the report? is an EMPLOYMENT report....their status has changed they get counted.......ffs.

c) the BLS number is bullshit enough, we need to start adding addendum to make you happy?

THE EMPLOYMENT SITUATION -- AUGUST 2011

Nonfarm payroll employment was unchanged (0) in August, and the unemployment
rate held at 9.1 percent, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today.
Employment in most major industries changed little over the month. Health
care continued to add jobs, and a decline in information employment reflected
a strike. Government employment continued to trend down, despite the return
of workers from a partial government shutdown in Minnesota.

The very same report that announced job creation at 0 also revised the last two jobs reports downwards by 50,000 plus jobs. I suppose you have an excuse for that as well? Time to man up, Dems...your stimulus failed...your agenda has been a jobs killer...and your President is out of ideas to fix the problem.

Zero jobs created in August. The stunning news roiled the markets Friday, firing up politicians and sending economists scrambling to make sense of it all.

Holy Myopia, Old Fat White People--Cavorting About Naked On Other People's Yachts, Dumping Substance And Other Treasure Into The Sea!

"Dewey Wins!' is all that some people see on a daily basis, in the press headlines.

1. Addressed elsewhere, the Employment Situation reports two separate surveys, one possibly biased to already entrenched institutions, the other likely more able to show early on any new venture trends, or recent employment trends.

2. The first successes of the Great Ivy League Level Socialist Obama Intervention showed up in the Household Survey, which creates is the Official U. S. Unemployment Rate, among all nations. That report held steady at 9.1% in August, with 300,000 new jobs explained against the backdrop of a larger labor force. More people are now more confident.

3. The Recovery is shown slow, in the report, due to 550,000 fewer state and local jobs since the onset of "The Great Recession Caused By Bush, Cheney, McCain, Palin, Romney, Perry, McConnell, Boehner, Cantor, Bachmann, Cain, Huntsman, Paul, Paul, et. al.," as it is variously known: If never called. In usual recoveries there would be an increase of government employment, and an increase in housing starts.

4. The Financial Collapse destroyed the new-home construction employment sector such in the future yet to happen, there will even be a shortage of skilled-level tradespeople, now unable to find apprenticeships to be completed. That was an intention outcome of GOP supporitive of an unregulated banking sector. That sector went against thousands of years of Western Economic and Religious advice: To Not Extract Usury From The Poor, or Profit In That Manner From The Poor.

5. Then the Republicans famously said, "No!" to any customers spending any money in any stores whatsover. The Democrats were were forced to reject more, "Go-It-Alone," kinds of policies from GOP.

6. Romney claimed to show himself Conservative, presumably showing that he wouldn't pay the 62,000 if they were working for him!

7. The Verizon Employees have likely noticed what Romney and the others are all about!

Don't you love the spin? Typical.

The September 2, 2011, two survey Employment Situation is linked below:

Employment Situation Summary

The Labor Force would have to be said more confident for the 9.1% to have remained steady. More people confident in Obama would be the answer.

People were so confident, in fact, that Housing Prices have finally started to climb again, retail sales went up a lot, and new car sales are putting the Great Socialist labor Force, back to work making socialist cars--such as Chevy Cruze.

All Republicans Are Personally On Record Opposed to U. S. companies making any more cars if they are called G. M., or called Chrysler! The smaller cars are now advancing U. S. auto sales. That is opposed by all GOP!

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(Maybe GOP now say "Nyet!" To gasoline, too!)

So more government jobs were lost, as they have been practically every month since the recession began,

and the Right blames Obama for bad job numbers!!

The economy is doing exactly what the Right wants, shrinking government, getting leaner,

and the Right calls it bad and then Blames the Democrats!!!!

too funny

The title of your link states ZERO job growth---:cuckoo:

and within it----it also states this:

Economists and analysts rattled off a list of dire adjectives in reacting to the report, calling it disturbing, ominous, miserable, soft, dark, unsatisfactory and weak. This from a group that generally shies away from colorful language.

Now--I know you Obamabi supporters are trying to make "lite" of this report--but as the economist's statements above you can see this is very UGLY. Especially considering that the summer months are typically the busiest season of the year--this fall and winter are going to look a lot worse.

BTW--for real net jobs gained--we need 500K jobs per month--due to college students and others just looking to enter the job force--let alone for the unemployed in this country that need to find jobs.

Actually, the opening remarks of the opening link would send mostly Navy Seals out running for cover:

"Politicians and economists had plenty to say after hearing that no new jobs were created in August."

Navy Seals famously know how to read and write, and some in multiple languages. From the opening of the article linked, apparently someone had to explain the news to a whole bunch of the Ivy League educated.

Reading of reports is not a strong economist skill, anyone sees for certain!

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(Many advised of Economists: Maybe now ready to ask of Many Nations to take back Manhattan. and for a pricey fee!)
