Disgraced Parkland deputy heard shots inside school building, told cops to stay away

It took 11 minutes for any police officers to enter Margaret Spellman Douglas High School after the shooting started. Unbelievable.

May the cops who stayed away get the book thrown at them because I don't believe that fleeing is a part of the job description.
