What he won't realize....any disaster money automatically gets put through the "Wet my Beak" process.....the money gets given to corrupt federal politicians, who take their cut, and then the rest is sent to state level politicians, who take their cut, and what is left is then stolen by contractors who are friends with the politicians, or lost, or misspent....

And the democrats on this site want to give more money into that process?
