a lot of African countries still have to hire White firms to install sewage treatment plants,
and Air traffic control systems ,electrical grids,communication systems. Something that we may take for granted as sewage treatment, is very complex and expensive to build and maintain in third world countries.
and this is someting that black countries need white firms expertise.

We are still going to need white technicians and scientist in the future.
