False. The war in Afghanistan was a direct result of 9-11.

They both unconstitutionally bypassed Congress in starting those wars

False. GWB went to Congress and got authorization for both.

They both maintained our military presence in 145+ countries
They both supported the Patriot Act

Correctly.

They both dramatically increased the national debt

If GWB's increase was "dramatic", then The Obama's will be "an order of magnitude greater"

However, Congress never declared war; they left it up to the President. That is unconstitutional. But hey, at least President Bush put forth the effort. President Obama couldn't be bothered...REALLY unconstitutional!
