All kidding aside, that was one of the most ridiculous performances by Obama to date. A really low point during a time when he should be showing strength and conviction in trying all he can to set right the fiasco that is the BP oil disaster.

For weeks he showed near indifference, and then today he comes up with the line, "Daddy have you plugged the hole yet."

You KNOW the world leaders are laughing at this display, namely N. Korea, Iran, China, and Russia.

A very-very bad day for the Obama White House.

But you know what? I don't really care about that so much - I just want to see the damage lessened as much as possible for the people living on the Gulf Coast. For God's sake - those people have suffered enough in recent years.

I pray that BP is able to stop the leak - and that the damage will prove less than feared.

There were some technics that are used in an oil spill that come under the EPA. Dispersment chemicals can't be used nor can a burn occur without EPA approval.

The local government asked for permission to try them....and got no response....much less an approval or disapproval.
