Sounds a lot like how several Presidents dealt with the polio virus... and it was paralyzing but rarely deadly.

Firstly, BOTH parties are corrupt.

But the issue here is whether I have a right to prevent you from infecting me with the H1N1 or any other disease.

The question was answered affirmatively by the Supreme Court a long long time ago.
