Moore's son's arrests I'm not terribly concerned with. Moore's response to them was pretty awful: insisting they were political ploys to attack Roy and his reputation.

This may come as a shock to some of ya'll, but wealthy and politically connected citizens don't have to play by the same rules as the rest of us. Make no mistake, if this kid was from the hood or the hollar with nine arrests he would be sitting in jail.
