I too was confused by Romney's statement on this topic. Mainly because later in the debate he then charged the current leadership with not doing enough and he would do better. That is what concerned me most, not that he agreed with Obama, but he then turned around and attacked the policies he just agreed with.

And he attacked his own policies as stated on his own website, which he told the audience to look at when he dodged a direct question.
